Experience & Certification B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (computers) with 60% or above. 3+ years of QA testing related work experience. 2+ years of experience in Automation testing ( Java, Python or any other lang) and using Selenium tools. Experience with scripting languages (Selenium, RTF, QTP VB Script, and Java Script) is desirable or added advantage. Experience in agile/dev-ops will be an added advantage. Having certification in testing such as ISTQB/Certified Selenium profession or equivalent will be an added advantage Experience in Mobile Automation or exposure to Mobile testing is also preferred Knowledge on load testing with JMeter , selenium test NG framework, security testing will get weight.

Should able to understand and analyze requirements Preparing Test Scenarios & Test Cases manually. Perform Sanity, Functional, Regression, Integration and System Testing Tracking and reporting bugs. Working closely with Developers for Bug fixes and problem resolution. Ability to pick up and implement new business/testing concepts. Sound knowledge on load testing using Jmeter Understanding on the web security testing is desirable. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have hands on experience with J Meter ( or any other open source tool) with knowledge on multiple plug-ins and report analysis . Ability to code/script in a language and willingness to learn and move towards GIT environment.

Checking the Mount Points, Physical Spaces in the DB Servers. Designing of the database as per the project requirements, maintaining and fine tuning. Checking for number of connections of individual Schemas to the Databases. Exporting/Importing DB Schemas from Live to Test both vice-versa, Creation/Dropping of Schemas as per the request from developers. Creation of Triggers for restricting the schemas in accessing particular Tables to a Point of Time. Creating Tablespace for respective Schemas and adding Datafiles to those Tablespaces. Granting Privileges to Schemas which are intimated by respective Project Leaders. Resolving issues which are encountered in the database (Quotas of Tablespace, Adding Datafiles, Size Management, Space Management, Inactive Sessions, Long Running Queries, and Lock/Unlock of Schemas). Killing inactive sessions for better Scalability, Reliability towards end users Performance. Monitoring Archive Logs of every Instance respective Database. Removing Old Archives which are unusable from time to time. Cross checking the last night backup of each and every Live Database. Monitoring the Alert Log File of every Instance. Tracing the cause of errors which are notified in Alert Log File. Creation of Database Links in Between the Databases which are intimated by respective PL’s. Creation & Maintenance of Automated Schedules (Cron Jobs) in the Databases (When a New Schema is created). Migration & Cloning of Databases are done whenever required. Various Database Maintenance of ORACLE Production and Test Database environment. Maintenance (CREATION, DAILY ACTIVITIES, BACKUPS, RESTORATION, MIGRATION, CRONS) of all Oracle Databases in CGG (PRODUCTION & TEST DATABASE). Resolved the Issue of No. of Connections to databases and Configured Database Memory Parameter to Make High Availability and Scalability of the Databases. Monitoring server load and connections of users in Database such that to improve performance. Creating and managing roles, users in all Production and Test Databases. Monitoring issues on table space and table space quota. Backup and recovery – logical backup & RMAN.
