SCC Exam Application Fee :

• OBC/EWS/General: ₹ 100/- SC/ST: ₹ 0/- (Nil)
• All Female Categories: 0/- (Exempted)

• First-time correction fee: ₹200
  Correction Fee: ₹500 for the second time
  Only use a debit card, credit card, net banking, or E-challan offline fee mode to pay the exam fee.

SSC Steno Recruitment 2025: Age Limit as on 01/08/2025

Age Requirement: 18 Years Old
The maximum age for Grade D is 27 years old.
For Grade C, the maximum age is thirty years.

According to the Staff Selection Commission’s SSC Stenographer Recruitment 2025 Rules, there is an additional age relaxation.

SSC Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Passed the 10+2 Intermediate Exam from any Indian board that is recognized.
Group D Stenographer 50 minutes in English and 65 minutes in Hindi for transcription

Stenographer Group C: 40 minutes in English and 55 minutes in Hindi for transcription.

Step 1 – Instructions for SSC OTR: SSC’s new website, SSC.GOV.IN, now allows one-time registration. Only after completing the OTR registration process on the new website will candidates who have not yet done so be eligible to apply for any recruitment.
